Welcome to SitterSpots ("SitterSpots," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SitterSpots website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using SitterSpots, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SitterSpots is a platform designed to help babysitters and families manage availability, scheduling, reminders, and communications. SitterSpots does not provide childcare services, does not employ babysitters, and does not screen, verify, endorse, or guarantee any user.

All arrangements for childcare are made solely between users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SitterSpots. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Harass, threaten, or exploit other users
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized data
• Attempt to access or interfere with SitterSpots systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SitterSpots does not conduct background checks, identity verification, reference checks, or safety screenings of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, and interacting with other users
• SitterSpots is not responsible for user behavior, safety, or outcomes

By using the Service, you consent to receive communications such as:

• Availability reminders
• Scheduling notifications
• Account or service messages

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.

If you purchase a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• You are responsible for applicable taxes
• We may change pricing with prior notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

All content, features, branding, software, and designs associated with SitterSpots are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as availability details or messages), but you grant SitterSpots a limited, non-exclusive license to use, host, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service.

SitterSpots is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

• User behavior or reliability
• Accuracy or availability of the Service
• Compatibility with your needs

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SitterSpots from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
